VIGNALE PINOT GRIGIO

This is a delightfully crisp, clean Pinot Grigio that is a great value. Hints of lime and granny smith apple in the nose follow through to the palate. It is a wonderful accompaniment to shellfish and other fish dishes, as well as chicken and pork.

LE JADE SAUVIGNON BLANC

From the south of France, this Sauvignon Blanc is crisp and clean with refreshing citrus and grassy notes. It shows flavors of ruby-red grapefruit and zesty lemon-lime that make up the backbone of this amazing value white. It’s fresh and lively with just a hint of dill and green pepper. This is a bottle you can pop no matter the occasion.

PETIRROJO SAUVIGNON BLANC

This Sauvignon Blanc has notes of grapefruit, white peaches and fresh lemon grass. The aromas carry through the long crisp finish. It is an excellent everyday value for Chilean wine fans. It pairs well with salads, chicken, fish, and shellfish or goat cheese.

This wine has an expressive nose with rose notes and a beautiful structure in the mouth resulting in a fruity and spicy association and a powerful finish. It is noted for its exceptionally aromatic character, and is excellent with turkey, chicken, and pork.

CHATEAU DU SOUZY BEAUJOLAIS-VILLAGES

Aromas of strawberry jam on buttered rye bread follow through on a supple entry to a dry-yet-fruity medium body with tart green apple, watermelon, and blackberry skin notes. Finishes with tangy, lightly pithy and cottony tannin fade. Serve with lamb burgers.

CHATEAU DE BAGNOLS BROUILLY

Garnet purple color. Aromas of boysenberry soufflé, honeyed caraway, and pound cake follow through on a silky entry to a dryish light-to-medium body with graphite and browned apple notes on the gentle, lightly tannic finish. Fresh and flavorful; pair with veal piccata.

Deep violet color. Attractive aromas of honeysuckle, black raspberry jam, and orange cake follow through on a round, buoyant entry to a dry-yet-fruity medium body with good intensity and a plum skin, apple and mineral accented finish with dusty tannins. A very nice food wine.

Delicate aromas of cocoa, peppery spice, sour cherries, and cranberries follow through on a supple entry to a dryish light-to-medium body with good depth and a tart, pencil shaving accented finish. Very true to style and appellation; pair with mushroom tart or veal chops.
